About enaasan
Every year, millions of Indian students make one of the most consequential decisions of their lives — which stream, which exam, which college — with almost no reliable guidance. Their parents went through a different system. Their teachers are overwhelmed. The internet gives them coaching advertisements, not honest answers.
enaasan exists to change that.
The problem we are solving
Many students in India navigate one of the most consequential decisions of their lives — which stream, which exam, which college — with very little reliable information. Not because they are not capable, but because the right guidance is not always easy to find.
School counsellors are often stretched thin. Parents offer advice rooted in their own generation's experiences. Coaching institutes focus on specific paths. And the internet returns more noise than clarity.
The result is that students sometimes make choices based on what is familiar or expected, rather than what is genuinely right for them. enaasan exists to add one more voice to that conversation — an honest, informed, and judgment-free one.
"The student who knows what they are choosing, and why, makes a better decision than the student with the highest score who has no idea what they signed up for."
Honest about what we are
enaasan is a guide — not a decision-maker. It gives you information, context, and honest perspective so that you can make a more informed choice. It does not tell you what to do with your life.

What we promise
Where this came from
enaasan was built by someone who has spent years working in learning and development — watching how knowledge gaps shape careers, and how early decisions made without information create consequences that take years to undo.
The name comes from Tamil: en (my) + aasan (teacher). The word felt right — not a formal institution, not a coaching centre, but a personal guide. Someone in your corner who explains things clearly and does not have an agenda.
The domain was registered on 17 June 2026. This is early — the site will grow, new pages will be added, and the Ask Enaasan feature will go live once it can be done responsibly. What you see today is a foundation, not a finished product.
If you are a student, parent, or teacher and you find something incorrect, outdated, or missing — we genuinely want to know. This site gets better when the people it is built for help shape it.
Whether you found something incorrect, something missing, or just want to share how this helped — every message is read by a real person.
Start wherever you are — stream choice, entrance exams, or career planning.
