About enaasan

Built for the student
nobody guided.

Every year, millions of Indian students make one of the most consequential decisions of their lives — which stream, which exam, which college — with almost no reliable guidance. Their parents went through a different system. Their teachers are overwhelmed. The internet gives them coaching advertisements, not honest answers.

enaasan exists to change that.

The problem we are solving

Career guidance in India is broken — or missing entirely.

Many students in India navigate one of the most consequential decisions of their lives — which stream, which exam, which college — with very little reliable information. Not because they are not capable, but because the right guidance is not always easy to find.

School counsellors are often stretched thin. Parents offer advice rooted in their own generation's experiences. Coaching institutes focus on specific paths. And the internet returns more noise than clarity.

The result is that students sometimes make choices based on what is familiar or expected, rather than what is genuinely right for them. enaasan exists to add one more voice to that conversation — an honest, informed, and judgment-free one.

"The student who knows what they are choosing, and why, makes a better decision than the student with the highest score who has no idea what they signed up for."

Honest about what we are

A thinking tool. Not a counsellor. Not a coaching institute.

enaasan is a guide — not a decision-maker. It gives you information, context, and honest perspective so that you can make a more informed choice. It does not tell you what to do with your life.

How enaasan is built — and what that means for you.

We believe you deserve to know what is powering the information you read here.

🤖
This site is built with AI assistance — and we are upfront about it
The content on enaasan — stream descriptions, exam details, career paths, timelines, and college information — has been researched and structured with the help of AI tools. A human reviews, shapes, and takes responsibility for what is published. We do not believe in pretending otherwise. AI is a tool; the judgment behind what goes on this site is human.
💬
Ask Enaasan — AI-powered enaasan (Coming Soon)
An AI-powered mentor that lets you ask anything about streams, exams, colleges, jobs, or skills. Enaasan will know the Indian education and job landscape — and give you straight, honest answers in plain English.
📅
Information has a shelf life — verify before acting
Exam dates, eligibility criteria, seat counts, and cut-offs change every year. We update our content regularly, but always verify critical details directly from the official exam body (NTA, UPSC, ICAI, NLU Consortium etc.) before making any decision.

What we promise

Four things enaasan commits to, always.

01
Honest over optimistic
We will tell you that cracking JEE Advanced is extremely difficult. We will tell you that not all private colleges are worth their fees. Honest information serves you better than comfortable half-truths.
02
All streams are equal here
Science is not superior to Commerce. Arts is not a fallback. Every stream is treated with equal seriousness because every student's path deserves the same quality of information.
03
India-first, always
We cover Indian exams, Indian colleges, and the Indian job market. We do not import advice designed for students in the US or UK and apply it here as if nothing is different.
04
We update when things change
Exam patterns change. New colleges open. Cut-offs shift. We commit to reviewing and updating our content regularly — and flagging where information may need verification.

Where this came from

Built in Hyderabad, for students across India.

📍 Hyderabad, Telangana · Registered June 2026

enaasan was built by someone who has spent years working in learning and development — watching how knowledge gaps shape careers, and how early decisions made without information create consequences that take years to undo.

The name comes from Tamil: en (my) + aasan (teacher). The word felt right — not a formal institution, not a coaching centre, but a personal guide. Someone in your corner who explains things clearly and does not have an agenda.

The domain was registered on 17 June 2026. This is early — the site will grow, new pages will be added, and the Ask Enaasan feature will go live once it can be done responsibly. What you see today is a foundation, not a finished product.

If you are a student, parent, or teacher and you find something incorrect, outdated, or missing — we genuinely want to know. This site gets better when the people it is built for help shape it.

We want to hear from you.

Whether you found something incorrect, something missing, or just want to share how this helped — every message is read by a real person.
